Plot twist, it’s actually great!

In spite of some hiccups, this place exceeded my expectations. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was a highlight! I enjoyed a spacious suite with incredibly soft beds, making our family stay quite cozy. Yes, it's up a hill, but that only adds to the charm of this gem.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped me with currency recommendations, and their friendly demeanor made my trips enjoyable. I’m coming back for a weekend!

The hotel needs substantial renovation!!! The outdated fixtures and damaged decor diminish the overall experience, and the steep location can be a real challenge after a long day out!!!

We loved the spacious suite, where our little one had plenty of room to play around. The staff was super accommodating and even organized a family-friendly citywide excursion for us. Breakfast was fantastic, with lush options and fresh juice, perfect for starting our day!

In my wife’s opinion, a play area for little ones would be a great addition to keep our child entertained.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is cozy with delicious made-to-order options, especially the custard tarts. My room smelled like mildew, which was a bit unpleasant. Traffic noise was quite bothersome at night.
